Define Your Unique Value Proposition (UVP)
1. Problem-Solution Fit: Clearly define the problem your product or service solves.
2. UVP Statement: Craft a concise statement that communicates your unique value to customers.
What I have realised using Social Media from the past 2 years us that 'engagement' is the king.
Same applies with the SaaS or start-up as well, keep them engaged and entertainment with them.
They will not forget!
