I've seen similar game apps but collective hosting is bad for reputation. So if some app within your app is having bad experience. Users will report your app and other good apps will be affected. Besides apps are for ease of use. If I have to navigate another app to find the app I want ... Branding issue. Logo and stuff. Even if you implement it no people will use it for serious purposes. Besides there are a lot of no code solutions.
