If you're of the entrepreneur spirit, while you reach the middle of the book, you may leave it and start building a product, mainly a saas tool.

It provides a solid business education without the hefty price tag of a traditional MBA. I particularly appreciated the sections on finance and value creation - they helped me structure my business model more effectively. One thing it lacks is that the book doesn't delve much into the emotional aspects of entrepreneurship, like dealing with uncertainty and failure

Josh Kaufman does a great job of distilling complex MBA concepts into digestible chunks. The book covers a wide range of topics from value creation and marketing to finance and systems. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on mental models and decision-making frameworks.
