I am building a business into this, where shippers can book truck just by giving some required information directly, no need to go for lengthy bidding process, and truck owners didn't have to think about to finding loads as we will appoint it to them

similar but thier approach is different, they just give a contact and then everything has to be done by the party itself

That's what practically possible because after confirming one round of negotiations goes on, details of the truck driver, owner & reference check. Also Vaahak trying the feature u said that everything will be done automatically that's not so successful because truck drivers are not that illiterate to acknowledge these kind of stuff they need a confirmation either on call or f2f even blackbuck did this initially but it failed so they immediately terminated that feature.

You can work on ola/uber model with truck driver & shipper, it can work when truck driver will get notification of huge numbers showing of payments & delivery location. Then they will cordinate with each other like others do. Where payment would get done through your channel & fix 25-30% advance payment lock before searching for the truck.

I think the verify your current company functionality should give the options to edit the company tld and the internally used tld in some cases is always different then the one being used publicly. For eg my current company has over 30+ web property
