Make a Blue print for the project then divide it into different steps. Do the things you can by yourself(market analysis,research, etc...). If you think this project has what it takes(potential to grow). (If you have done that, Only than go for next steps😤) If there's potential, hire some freelancer on ROI. Make a model, experiment on it (user test, feedback, need, required development areas, etc..). (If you have reached this level you would know what to do next.😊).
