Around 1 year ago I was also non productive guy who always watch movie's , webseries , anime , reels and eat lots of junk food and doing very less productive work like investing only 1-2 hours in learning skills or other works but after releasing that all these things distroying my personality , i decided to implement unique strategy for killing this unproductive lifestyle. Around one month i give every single enjoyment and comfort to my body and eat all delicious foods and Watch movies full day 24×7 without taking rest after finishing everything in one month , now my brain cells started feeling boring and lazy while watching these things but still I give 2-3 hours of enjoyment to my brain but now all these things become Irrelevant for me . Basically if you give anything in excessive amount then automatically your body reject that thing after sometime .
