I did nothing, yet my team finds me inspiring But why? Now that we are just 5 days away from launching our V0.5 to early testers I see my team of developers working till 5 am in the morning and then getting at the office again at 11.30 am And I wonder why the f*ck are they working this hard to make it happen? We are a bunch of 20 22-year-olds and its for the first time that these guys have real responsibility on their shoulders and they want their first time to be the best At the same time, I feel like I do nothing compared to them I did express my concerns to the team during chill chat sessions, And the conclusion that we came to is that I enjoy managing them so much and I am so engaged that I don't really realise that I have been working since morning till night I still feel like I do nothing but these guys say esa matt bol bhai we draw inspiration from you. But my question is KYU?
