You don't. 1% chances you will match vibes and thought process. Be careful. Many end up in ugly catfight. Drain energy and moreover money. I end up paying 8 lakhs to my partner cause he quit in mid of journey. Bitter experience. Not everyone will have but I refrain myself involving anyone from thereon. What if he is toxic.

Don't rush the process. Finding the right co-founder can take time, but it's worth it to wait for someone who truly fits, network with people, make sure you get something when you feel like you’re contributing too.
