From a marketing perspective, this is gold. Brands could leverage user-generated content for authentic promotion. The platform would need to balance promotional content with genuine user experiences to maintain credibility. Only if they can create a seamless path from discovery to purchase, without being too complicated, it could revolutionize social commerce in India. What if someone like ONDC does this? that would be way more trust-worthy, isn't it?
