Hello Everyone I am thinking of making a investment company which will fund collage start-ups and other businesses. I have the idea but i dont have the required finances to execute it. The money can also be invested in divident stocks to earn more and reinvent the money in stocks or real estate. Investing in Private sector and Public sector.

You're mixing a lot of different investment strategies here. College startups, dividend stocks, real estate - these are very different asset classes with different risk profiles and expertise requirements. I'd suggest narrowing your focus and becoming an expert in one area before trying to diversify.
