Should you rent your house or Should you own it?
I personally believe that having a fully paid off home to live in is a personal achievement that one can achieve. I have my homes paid off and I’m more than happy with that decision.

Its a bullshit created by fin-influencer.
A house is way more than investment, don't know about flats but when a person build a house by purchasing plot, person won't sell it even if someone offer double or triple the price.
According to me, there should be an app through which we can contact for selling or buying or renting a plot or house in our location, this way people will get a lot of help.We can do a good setup by taking commission
