My life goal is to move up in the value chain, using my potential to the fullest and continuously pushing my limits for a meaningful life. Lower Base Salary: With a lower base salary, a 20-30% hike won’t significantly improve my situation. Even if I achieve it, I don’t believe it will bring long-term happiness or fulfillment. Joining a Startup vs. MBA: Joining a startup is much more meaningful to me than pursuing an MBA. It aligns better with my goals and aspirations. Right Time to Explore: At 24 years old, this is the ideal time for me to explore new horizons. Later in life, I might not have the same caliber or flexibility to shift my focus. I want to ensure my life is in my control. Job I can find anytime. This can teach me much more than I can learn else where.
