Read both positive and negative ratings of apps that have failed in this industry and make list so you get better understanding of data and your targeted customers also check trending gen z students oriented videos , check comment section and read what thing made them laugh and cry . Also you're creating mvp so target one indian state only like I am living in UP so I will make list of every single school , colleges , students cafe's , canteen , bars etc also famous influencers and teachers then I will find Pain point of students and gen z peoples in Uttar Pradesh. Create full fledged highly researched comprehensive data base for better result and check every single possibilities . Focus on 1 State only then move towards new States then country . Slow and steady approach always gives you perfect market fit product and you can't acquire whole country instantly.
