Things that I like:1. The option to switch between your profile and anonymous, which allows the users to post anything without worrying about being judged. Sometimes people are not confident about asking their questions or giving opinions through their profile. I personally have asked questions through posts with that anonymous feature and have got useful tips. Honestly, this feature is a boon for introverts:p 2. The Medial Team:the founding and other teams—who are personally very active and follow the users; this creates a feeling of belonging among the users. Their approach to listening to their users and taking constructive feedback for the betterment of their creation is also commendable. 3. The users—they say you are an average of five people around you. and the people here on Medium are very rational, who make you feel like you know very little as you continue learning more, which eventually helps in personal growth.
