3 months ago I posted a poll where I asked if edtech is dead now...a bit more than half replied no and I can say I was almost right as looking at how bad the Indian education and examination system has become ...now it's a really good chance for an edtech startup to create an impression on the general public and it will gain huge popularity...For example Video editing cohort of varun mayya's team has gained a huge new applicants recently, also the genai courses of 100x engineers have been a hit with students . Now we can see the direction in which the new edtech trend is moving towards. It will be more of a university courses vise with offline learning and not like the one in byjus where they took online classes and the assessment as well . Let's just hope well for how it goes now!
