I am new in agency category. So, My business is not registered. My question is that should I make contacts and deliver it to the client because some people suggested me not to do it because some one can file a legal case. Is it true?

Technically, yes, you could face legal issues. But realistically, small clients rarely sue. Still, why take the chance?
