I think it's because this type of functions are already being organised by the responsible communities maybe heads of some temples meet and finalize the things cause these functions are already so much organised, you can't arrange a perfect setup for 400 million people Man!

Actually it's not like that we can provide food and logistics to pilgrims for earning revenue also we can create a tourist package for that type of things even provide Bett hospitality services. If so many people are attending these events then company will automatically pay for advertising. I am not talking about whole arrangement and everything .
