You don't always need a new idea to start a business. Many successful businesses have been passed down for generations. If you want to start a business but don't have a unique idea, don't worry. Begin with something you know well, where you have experience and connections. Make money from that first, then use those profits to start something new. Don't waste your or your investors' money trying to create a new market right away. First, succeed in an area you understand, perhaps even a family business. Then, branch out into new ventures. Look at Reliance. They started with oil refineries, made a lot of money, and then invested in other booming businesses. Now they own both traditional and modern businesses. The key is to start something. Donโ€™t wait for the perfect idea. Learning and experience will improve your chances over time.
