Dont know about this but I was surprised by its location that is chat box and its directly asking that I m chatting to this person is related to your business goad or not ..I think this is for personalize content or some thing related to new upgrades in chat box means you can ignore non essential chats and focus onfeww and I think this will make instagram more usfull for users.
