RED FLAGGGG 🔻🔻🔻🔻 if he is trying to bulldoze his way in. Not good. He should respect you as a founder. First give respect to the company and the founder and than demand the seat at the table. The best way to negotiate equity is through create a framework which is mutually acceptable.
