REALITY CHECK (must read): This is the job description for an internship of a startup based out of Bengaluru. They are recruiting operations intern in on-site settings and this what they are offering. I mean you want a B.Tech student who knows decent coding languages and who is good at communication. And on top of that you want them to work 7-8 hours a day. All this is for just 8k per month! HOW!? WHY!? I think a labour earns more than this who works at a construction site, lol!
