Yeah, war. War is a better idea. We can start fighting for peace then. What do you mean if peace doesn't work? Why won't peace work though? We should just restrain everybody who doesn't contribute to world peace. Wait, don't we already do this? We already put people in jail for disturbing peace/disorderly conduct. They are basically just terriorists, if they don't want peace.
