Yesterday, a post posed the question, "Is gaming the new industry where we will see new billionaires❓" Here is the answer: • In the recent BGIS 2024 tournament, Team Xparks secured the 1st position, winning a prize of 60,00,000 rupees 🤯. • Battlegrounds Mobile India Series: The biggest official BGMI tournament, hosted by Krafton Esports with a prize pool of a whopping 2 crore rupees. • 2 crore rupees didn't sound big enough, but then consider the current situation where the game was banned multiple times and the eSports industry is relatively new and slow in the country compared to others. Even then, 2 crore rupees for playing games🤯 • Recently, Nazara Technologie shares 📈. This is coz they own Nodwin Gaming (one of the biggest eSports orgs in India) and their new acquisition of "Freak 4 You." • Crazy fact: Dota 2 a MVP game has the biggest prize pool in the eSports industry, with prize money of 40 million dollars 🤑 Hence, the answer is fcking YES!!
