I guess it is because Indian investors don't understand the impact of AI and the business it will bring. Have talked to few investors and they don't understand "a" of AI. They need a few success stories so they can invest in their copycats.

I think krutrim blunder was because of investors demanding results and launch while product was half baked. Training an AI takes lots of time and compute power aka money. Then fine tuning for general purposes is done. A lot of steps got skipped in hurry
