That's the one of the biggest problem in India even village housewife can't even afford these LPG gas cylinder because of High price and also its expensive for indian government to import all these things from foreign countries . Electric stoves are already available in the market but people are not purchasing because of less features and different cooking styles. Impulse 30 one of the most advanced electric stove is available in the market but it's very expensive . We need to create solar Operated or battery operated electric stoves for high and sustainable battery backup also Market this as a cost saviour product for middle class and lower middle class people . Still resturent never accept this for cooking food so we need to create something that give energy just like flames.
