You made a valid point this things are essential but as you mentioned that in beginning of startup founders have lots of expences to manage this may differ from business to business and firstly he have to take care of this expences, in rare cases if profits are more then founder can use it. Most of the time founder should be prepared to get less outcomes but still can manage himself..
