How much salary should a full-time founder, previously earning โน20 lakhs annually, take from their startup after raising โน1 crore in angel investment?
Or should they forgo a salary entirely to maximize the runway?

What do you think guys about Pharma/chemical industry pay scales.
The amount of risk involved in working like chemical exposure, safety and all things and salary range is very much low as compared to other nations standard.
Is it reasonable?
Does anyone have any advice for a first-time founder? What's pitfalls should we avoid at all costs? Or what decisions should we make as quickly as possible?

Many startups offer equity in place of a competitive salary. But how many of those equity offers actually pay off?
