Why There is no Indian smartphone brand?

one point i mostly saw that indian smartphone brand try to make budget phone, so its quality become poor.
i don't know why, if Indian are capable to buy good range phone then why u

Why is India so heavily focused on jobs rather than building something new? Why don’t people encourage innovation? And if someone tries to start something of their own, why do they immediately face criticism, especially in middle-class families?

Why are Indian Startups not that innovatory?
Rather they are just build upon an already establish idea or something like that. And btw with innovation i mean building something genuinely interesting.
