What we are trying to do different here is, our Lions are big shots but grounded, easy to reach and once they invest in a startup, they will definitely provide good amount of time nurturing the entrepreneurs. Yes, some of them are self made, some of them are 2nd generation entrepreneurs, but they posses those human qualities which a leader / mentor should posses.
