I don't know what is the problem with this app but when I select a profile photo from the my gallery the app isn't working it goes back to my phone home screen what should I do should I delete this app

This app feels disorganized and confusing. There are no clear instructions on the home screen, no visible tours, and no guidance on what needs to be done. The overall experience feels chaotic and frustrating.
