I always had a dream of having living cum working space for my company. Now that I am very close to set up my company I am worried about the legal issues that can arise. I want to have an office space which has small living space for a team of 4-5 people. When I searched for it online it said use of residential property can't be done for commercial use and vise versa. But there exists gaming bootcamp in india ( S8UL, RNT other gaming orgs) which have rented apartments and use it as their office space and streaming space. Is there a way I can achieve same without welcoming any legal trouble.
