Both are US based companies, Still people in India is not aware of such things you can see people who live in premium level know about this kind of tutoring but people living in the other two levels which is 70 percent of India's population mostly parents prefer their children to go to home or institute tutions in the evenings and other drawback on the tutor side as these are companies of different time zone people get sessions very late night , I would think focusing on a large audience and making people believe that online tutoring worth this idea can work
