Who would you blame if by the time they are 26, it’s not even relevant anymore, or too saturated by that point, give them life advice, to cope up with the career tornadoes that they’ll go through. This is a point in time where i think any kind of career advice might go sideways or wrong. Which I’m assuming you’d not want for your kids.

What the kids need these days is discipline, knowledge, wisdom, confidence and a strong parent who supports them in whatever endeavour they choose. Prepare them for war in this chaotic world where every place is on fire

Let them decide, of course you can guide them. Ask them their interest and let them explore it. P.S. I am also a father of 8 and 6 years old daughters.

What do you do?

Thing is to suggest them something that will help them make a living for themselves... i have seen 3 frnds of mine feeling lost and dejected due to the choices they made. Anyway thanks for the suggestions.

I don't think I m very suitable person to advise on this matter. But here what I would say no matter what you advice them right now will most likely become irrelevant in future bcz world is changing very quickly. It's better to teach them fundamentals bcz they don't change with time and make them ready for adaptability. Encouraging them to explore new things own there own.

Well what they want to pursue in their career its their choice completely But as a parent you should prepare them for anything they would like to do in future So firstly you should focus on thier health personality and communication etc then some business skills such as digital marketing and some financial knowledge and on the technical side you should teach them how they can you the ai and other tools to leverage any work with some understanding of coding and programming another big thing in my opinion is blockchain technology which is so much underrated so you should make a balance in the beginning and kater on you will figure out that for which feild they are meant to be Hope my advise works for you

You should teach your kid's everything about entrepreneurship and business. Teach them atleast 30-40 skill then they become most advanced entrepreneur in India

Encourage your kids to develop a strong foundation in critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. These skills are valuable in any field they choose to pursue. INCLUDING AI. Kids shouldn't be AI ready as much as they should be adaptable in general to fight these fleeting trends and make a mark for themselves.

Well let them grow up and figure out their likings. Tell them they can be anything.

The key is balance. While it's good to be aware of future trends like AI, it's equally important to nurture their unique interests and talents. They should feel supported in whatever path they choose, knowing they can always pivot if their interests change.
