Actually most followed person on Medial is owner and co founder of this plateform after that there are few personalities who achieved something in their own life and then automatically these guys introduced them on Medial so that person get 200-500 followers easily on the basis of personal irl achievements. After that if someone liked your content then maybe they follow you but I don't think so you need to beg for followers you should just upload thoughts and unique ideas then people will automatically follow you .
