Let's not get ahead of ourselves. $13 billion is a drop in the ocean compared to China's manufacturing output. We've got a long way to go before we're a "great contender".

This a half report, bring in the data from 1990s, best days for IT was in early 2000s. Growth has declined now. PLI push is good but the same old theory of 2000s will not work. AI can make better softwares now.
