What about a hyperlocal networking app with features like anonymous posting etc ? Why do you think it will/won't work ?
It won't work just because there are such apps already in the market and the ain't doing well. Besides it will not be easy to create business out of it.
Suppose I don't want to make money out of it. Then what do you think, what are the issues with this and how they could be addressed to be something useful.
