This is a shameful question but the answer will be yes for most of the middle class and lower midle class people who have lack of resources(not only bcoz of money but there background culture way of living etc) But everyone want better so There will be a obstacle for you as everyone will search for better So there will be demand but not supply of good families Well. Are you really thinking of doing so
