For user retention there can be many common things can be done. Such as adding gamification feature, peer support, community etc. I have thought for the dashboard to track one's Mental health through our the day, week and months. This will make user keep a track of what and how might be triggering there mental health from your app. For which user will come even after pass of first week. I have attached the very initial PRD for this. If need anything else to ask you can ask here.
