With this thought, he moved to India and started the first storw in Gurgaon in 2012. Their stores offered premium feel, Consumer could customise their tea in 80000 ways and also had multiple fresh food options. Ghar Jaise taste and Customisation was their USP! In 2015, they also launched an innovative tea kettle designed to deliver tea at homes followed by Robotic tea maker! This concept proved to be working and thus today they have 200+ stores, have raised $85M and made a 237 crore sales (with 95cr loss). Will they become profitable?
