Use FOMO, social acceptance etc. as core theme. Show two narratives Before scene - a young girl sociap media influencer who loves chocolate eats them regularly. She had many insta followers as she was attractive and in good shape. Guys used to be behind her. After scene - Because of eating unhealthy chocolate she became fat, unattractive lost her followers and guys stopped bothering about her. Show a parallel story where another influencer eats your chocolate but she remained same. Make sure it doesn't appear as a body shaming ad in the final cut. Use a guy instead of a girl in that case?
