As per me: 1. Depends on which domain you are choosing for your brand to be in. E.g., you are creating a brand for kids wear, you want it to look colorful, bright and give that happy kind of feel. If you are creating a job portal, you want it to look a little serious, professional, you kind of use some not so bright colors, but also choose something which is not totally dull and choose a font like medial or linked in.

If you are creating apps around making users doom scroll and stick to the screen, use fonts which feel good to the eyes and not make the users tired looking for information.
