This startup is building Amul for eggs! Meet Eggoz, a $50 million startup revolutionizing the egg industry. Founded in 2017 by Abhishek, Aditya, Pankaj, and Uttam who are IIT Kharagpur friends, Eggoz solve numerous problems that exists in the local egg industry such as 1) Unfresh Eggs 2) inefficient supply chain, which increases delivery time and chances of damage. 3) Egg farmers often struggle to sell their produce and use of unsustainable farming practices. 4) less use of technology and AI. Eggoz Solves this problem by Paying more than the benchmark, numerous quality test and inhouse processing. Another great thing they are doing is launching numerous egg products like egg patties, momos, etc making the whole egg industry more exciting. This is one of the reasons they have raised about $15 million (120 crore) and made over 100 crore in sales last year. They also plan to become profitable by the end of the year.
