It depends on you. Eg : If you are looking something in Finance, you will have to explore topics across the breadth of Finance domain. You don't have to know in details everything in depth, but having a high level on each should help and on need basis, you can get into depth of the subject. Similarly, if you need explore on marketing you could do it with a similar thought knowing the breadth of marketing domain. Eventually you will figure out your interest and you could understand your interest on a particular topic in that domain. You can then do an MBA on that particular topic and start branding yourself well in various portals. In short: Figure out your niche and interest before doing an MBA.
