This could be a good choice but after 5 years we'll don't know how AI dominates So If I change domain,I will be treated as a fresher. So that's why I'm asking. Do a course and looking for a job on that course. Or Countinue with this offer.

Continue with this offer don't over think that AI will take over every jobs. Even after 5 years AI will first take entry level jobs right now also that is happening. After 5 years working as a full stack developer you will gain valueable skills and build trust in eyes of recruiter. Top talents are not going anywhere even after 10 or 20 years. Just keep learning along with job.
