With out doom scrolling the app won't be addictive and not thinking about new users but your existing users also may disappear so no alternatives yet for it.

Thanks for the thoughts. True that. I view it differently though. People just want to escape the world and what better way than scrolling in online world - easy, no cost, accessible. So in hopes of finding something relevant they just escape reality
