Indian youngsters mindset now shifted to build startups and businesses. Many think that startups are first options instead of doing corporate jobs, they spend a couple of years building startups. We know the success percentage of startups is very low, if they fail, they learn of it not else much happened. What do you think about it?

Definitely Yes! This is what most people don't consider and face huge losses in future, Although this gains alot of infinite positive experiences which helps in startup building but people don't consider it at all, Sad for them
What benefits can be gained from the experience of failure in startups?
It's a good thing , that they are realising money work for you is better than working for money !!! Also it depends personal choice , some people may not prefer to take that risk as they only want financial security first🙌
I think youngsters must also focus on bringing healthy work culture it will take a long road wherever you work!
Youngsters have to keep the fire and the ideas inside them and go to work in the related field for 3 to 5 years and learn something from that then they should start.
It's a great shift which is risky as well as rewarding. Generally people work in a job for sometime and then launch a startup Since there are much jobs available youth are testing their luck with all the knowledge they have. I guess it is a good thing.
Yes , In college itself they are getting opportunity to do it with the help of MoE Innovation cell. My college had this cell Even if they go for a job they will do it by side.
yes free money. but nowadays starting a startup is tough hope summer will come.
I want deep tech startups not another OLA, Matrimony Site or something
Yes this a good step towards building our own life and contributing to society and Nation.
Yes, absolutely. I am also thinking of startup instead of 9 to 5 jobs.

💯
What other option do they have? They can't just wait for months to get a job and may be years to get their dream job.
It has its own pros and cons it is similar to swiming starting a startup means kisi ne paani main fenk dia so if they fail in their first startup then also they learn faster and in corporate or startups they grow only a single strem but starting one gives all around growth.
Great step for our youth.
I think that’s a great shift.
