How can a small conversation lead you to a full- time client ? ↳ Whenever a client buy any small product/service from your platform. So what people generally do after that ? They just simply provide that product/service without having any conversation with the client. What do you need to do ? First do the conversation with the client and ask whether he/she received the product/service Sometimes they can experience any difficulty due to technical glitch or anything so they will feel better that you asked it. Let's say, your client received the product/service sucessfully. So just leave a message, Let me know if you need any help further and you can also communicate about your different services/ product/facility etc 2 possibilities : Some people are in immediate search for that particular service/product. Some people can need the same later on. So the first type of people will directly become your client and second will later on. You will get referrals from these clients.
