I was guilty of this for years. Reading books, taking courses, but never actually starting anything concrete.
Things you will never regret doing:
- Reading books
- Going to the gym
- Starting a business
- Investing in yourself
- Eating high-quality foods
- Taking walks out in nature
- Going on dates with your partner
