Your years of experience means nothing in corporate. Just saw a guy getting GOOGLE L5 AT 6 yoe and Another with 14 years of experience L4. IMAGINE your colleagues being mid to late twenty while you are touching 40. This hiring process is ridiculous, humiliating and disrespectful Do you think the hiring process should change?
