Hi everyone So I'm thinking about staying solo and hiring freelancers instead of a co-founder. Sounds great but I'm trying to figure out how to share work and decisions clearly. Few buddies who did this told me being upfront about roles and what everyone gets helps a lot. They also used top talents from places like upwork, toptal, turing etc for extra help, so they could focus on what they're best at. Anyone else tried going solo with some hired help? How did it go?

Here are some insights from my experience & Understanding ! Listen I will just give a quick introduction of myself my name is Sairaj Kadam I am a founder of multipurpose agency, I help people grow their businesses. Hiring freelancer and not learning any skills is a good move! But actually you are doing some mistakes, If you're thinking you can do it as an solo entrepreneur/Founder, You can do that but actually profits are very low, if it works with you then good. Scams - mostly people lose their money in this process sometimes you don't get results as thought, can you tell the people to redo it. Definitely you can but people (Some of them don't accept it) Okay, chances are low of scams, but thinking this thing as an a particular scam and it is! I can help you out with your problem(Trying to figure out how to share work and decision clearly) it is from management, We can do that. But there are actually many little mistakes that can drag everthing down, but try to prevent it!
